Refund Policy
At Goodfur, we are committed to delivering high-quality dog grooming services. We understand that plans can change and are dedicated to accommodating our clients' needs while maintaining a fair refund policy.
Appointment Cancellations
Clients are allowed to cancel their grooming appointments without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled grooming service cost will be charged.
No-shows or failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Service Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with the grooming service received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
We will offer a corrective service free of charge if the initial service did not meet our high standards.
Refunds for services rendered may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Goodfur management.
Product Returns
Returns for products purchased (e.g., shampoos, brushes) are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
A full refund will be issued for products that meet these return conditions.
Opened or used products may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions
Certain services or products may be non-refundable or have specific refund conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or booking.
